Cardi B has teamed up with GloRilla and Megan Thee Stallion for a remix of “Wanna Be.”
“Y’all been asking for this so here it is!!” Glo wrote on X, sharing the cover art of cartoon versions of the three women posing in front of a chain-linked fence. “Wanna be remix featuring @theestallion and @iamcardib coming THIS FRIDAY!!”
In the remix, Meg and Glo’s verses remain the same as on the original version, while Cardi comes in with verse of her own.
“These b*tches be boring, corny / Pop out, new bag with jewelry / Throwing ass all on my story / I make a photographer horny,” Cardi raps on her verse.
“Wanna Be” originally arrived in April as a single from Megan and GloRilla and subsequently featured on Glo’s mixtape, Ehhthang Ehhthang.
Cardi, GloRilla and Megan debuted the remix during a recent performance as part of Megan’s “Hot Girl Summer Tour” at Madison Square Garden. “We had a time last night honey!!!” Cardi wrote about the moment on X.
“Wanna Be (Remix)” follows Cardi’s feature on “PunterÃa” from Shakira‘s album Las Mujeres No Lloran and her solo singles “Enough (Miami)” and “Like What (Freestyle).”
